Cancelling a transaction

To cancel a transaction, you can directly contact the company's customer service by phone at 04-6197959 or by email at deetharhome@gmail.com.

You have the right to cancel the transaction within 14 days of receiving the products.

In cases where the refund will be made to the credit card, there is no need to contact the credit card company in order to cancel the transaction - we will already take care of it for you.

If you cancel the transaction and/or return a product due to a defect in the product, a discrepancy between the product and the details provided, due to the failure to deliver the product at the time set for this or due to any other violation by us towards you in connection with the transaction, you can notify us of this and we will coordinate a collection date with you the product.
